Hurricane evacuation morning
Front-door deadbolt seized at 4:30 a.m. on a mandatory evacuation order
Family had a 7 a.m. flight to family in Atlanta. Deadbolt had been groaning for a week and chose the worst possible morning to seize.
Truck arrived in 26 minutes, picked the deadbolt without damage, swapped the cylinder for a current-spec Schlage B60N, family was wheels-up on time.

Family lost the only working fob at the Atlantic Dunes parking lot at 10 p.m.
Spare fob was in Minnesota with their summer keychain.
Cut + programmed a fresh Lexus smart-key fob at the parking lot, family was driving by 11:15.

Manager locked out of the back-of-house after a Sunday night close
Cleaning crew had left through the front, manager had left the keys in the office. Restaurant could not open Monday morning without back-of-house access.
Picked the storefront mortise cylinder, manager was back in by 11:40 p.m., restaurant opened normally Monday at 11 a.m.
